We supported a $150M+ large system integration program that aims to modernize, streamline, and automate the customer’s mission-critical regulatory processes. We drove the effort to define the program strategy and roadmap, led the overall architecture and system integration design, and implemented key projects leveraging Portal, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), BPM, Mobile, BI, and Security technologies. Our implementation was successfully rolled out on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Laboratory Information System Development and Operation Management

Enable Data Sharing in a National Data Exchange
Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) legislation requires federal, state, and local health authorities working together to prevent food-borne illnesses instead of responding to outbreaks.
A vision for timely, accurate and secure information access and exchange of all food safety data will translate directly into improved food safety for citizens across the US. Leveraging our deep domain knowledge of food safety data, we are implementing a National Food Safety Data Exchange (NFSDX) to integrate federal, state, and local regulatory partners in forming a more holistic regulatory oversight.
