Nancy is the Vice President of Delivery Services at Precise. She is a highly experienced program manager (PMP certified and Certified Scrum Master) with more than 20 years of experience managing IT-based projects for Federal customers as a senior level Program Director and Deputy Program Manager. Nancy’s experience includes managing large and complex programs with up to 120 FTEs supporting 30+ interconnected systems and implementing COTS solutions including Business Process Management (BPM) platforms in both on-premise and cloud environments. She also has 10 years of experience managing EVM requirements and reporting on status utilizing standard formats 1-5 for both O&M and new development projects, utilizing both agile and iterative development processes. Nancy has extensive experience working directly with technical staff members, business users, and senior leaders to ensure common understanding and clear purpose. She has managed and effectively communicated with varying sizes of teams, from small development teams to large 30+ programs, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
