The General Services Administration (GSA) CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation (COMET) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) serves as a critical portion of the digital transformation effort at GSA. The focus for COMET is on transforming the current back-end systems that GSA uses to support governmentwide procurement efforts and the main IT environment at the GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).

The BPA will provide a streamlined process to GSA for agile delivery services, including IT management and governance, business process analysis, user-centered design, agile solution architecture and design, agile application development and configuration, analytics, integration, and DevOps that support the GSA OCIO current and future application portfolio.
