To protect your health and the well-being of your family, Precise offers medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. To save money, you can set up a pre-tax reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health and dependent care expenses and pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) when enrolled in High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Precise contributes $750 towards the High-Deductible Health Plan option for each employee.

To ensure that you are continually expanding your technical knowledge, skills, and abilities, Precise offers each salaried employee two paid Innovation Days per year to enable you develop your skills and/or to contribute to an approved innovative project for the company. To assist with training costs, Precise offers training and certification reimbursement up to $2000 per year.
